About Us

Pat Wakeman is a Southern California native, born and raised in Orange County. Pat graduated from the University of San Diego with a Business Administration & Accounting degree in 1986.

In 1986, Pat began his career in commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis Company, working with top producers in real estate investments and leasing. Two years later, he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate (now CB Richard Ellis). Pat handled sales and leasing of commercial properties, including industrial, office and retail properties. During his time at CB Commercial, Pat represented one million square feet of buildings owned by clients such as Ford Motor Company, Allstate Insurance, T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds, Koll Company and Transamerica Insurance.

In 1995, Pat formed his own company, Landmark Realty Group, a firm dedicated to commercial property investment and syndication.Working together with private investors, he purchases commercial projects throughout the U.S. Pat is responsible for supervising all aspects of the properties; including acquisition, management and disposition.

Pat resides in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego with his wife and daughters.
